Turkey Stir Fry
Serves 4, total 30sp, 8sp per serving.
Heat 1tbsp vegetable oil (5sp) in a wok or large frying pan & stir-fry 420g thinly sliced turkey steaks (4sp) for 3-4 minutes, until browned.
Add a total of 500g of thinly sliced peppers, courgettes, carrots, spring onions, leeks, broccoli or cauliflower florets and bean sprouts. Stir fry fry for 5-6 minutes. Add a good pinch of Chinese 5-spice powder and 3tbsp soy sauce (2sp).
Cook 200g dried rice (19sp) to serve with.
